  3.   This program has been developed using Borland's C++ 3.1.  No  copy-
  4.   rights other than the implicite rights of Borland apply.

  6.   If you have purchased PowerBatch,  I may thank you  for  supporting
  7.   the development of other useful programs for the shareware  market.
  8.   Although I'm not (so far) a member of the Association of  Shareware
  9.   Professionals (ASP), I may  ask you to  accept the  Shareware rules
  10.   with this software product as well.  This version of  PowerBatch is
  11.   NOT  public domain or free  software,  but is being  distributed as
  12.   "shareware".  Nevertheless,  since I am unable to control distribu-
  13.   tion of this programm and as I am interested in the program's being
  14.   spread as widely as possible, there is NO annoying shareware screen
  15.   and FULL functionality. I grant the right to copy freely  this pro-
  16.   gram and it's tutorial to individuals on private as well as on com-
  17.   mercial basis, for the express purpose of determinig whether Power-
  18.   Batch is suitable for their needs and hence they feel  urged to pay
  19.   the small amount of money for registration or to send me a very ni-
  20.   ce postcard. Paying PowerBatch will allow me to provide support and
  21.   updates.  If you have Internet access, immediate help may be provi-
  22.   ded. Just mail me to mnott@gwdg.de.  You are entitled to use Power-
  23.   Batch on any and  all  computers available to you and your friends,
  24.   your customers, your cats and dogs,  on network and multi-user sys-
  25.   tems and the like. Just feel free and send postcards and money, OK?
  26.   Everyone is granted a  limited license to copy  PowerBatch  for the
  27.   wellbeing of other individuals in accordance with  the  limitations
  28.   identified in this license, and subject to the following restricti-
  29.   ons:

  31.   1. You MAY NOT copy or distribute this software for  any considera-
  32.      tion other than an appropriate "disk fee".
  33.   2. Without written consent of my part, you MAY NOT copy or  distri-
  34.      bute this software in modified form (Any  distribution  must in-
  35.      ALL files supplied together with PowerBatch, that is the program
  36.      PB.EXE and its tutorial, WITHOUT ALTERATION).

  38.   Operators of electronic bulletin board systems (sysops) and ftp si-
  39.   tes are permitted and encouraged to  post this shareware for  down-
  40.   loading by their  users, as long as  the above  conditions are met.
  41.   Non-profit computer-related User Groups  may distribute this share-
  42.   ware provided the  above conditions are met.  However,  such groups
  43.   may of course charge a  nominal fee to cover the  cost of the disks
  44.   and copying the software. As a result, this sofware may distributed
  45.   without any restrictions except the above, by anyone to anyone. You
  46.   may and are encouraged to  give copies to your friends,  as long as
  47.   you distribute the whole package, that is program and tutorial.

  55.   MANY purposes for me so far:). I shall not be liable for any  dama-
  56.   ges resulting from the use of this software, including but  not li-
  57.   mited to, loss of profit, data or use of the software, or indirect,
